Forgotten Runes Beasts

The Quantum Ouroboros is independent of time and space, maintaining providence through its agnostic connection the material plane. Immutable, unbroken, and eternal, the two holy dragons are forever linked in acts of creation and destruction.

Quantum Ouroboros

The Chaos Chimera is a creature of pure magic. Any attempt to explain it's existence is futile, for it is a beast that defies the natural order in its behavior and appearance. Chimeras can inhabit nearly any part of the world and thrive for weeks without food. When threatened, they can display a rage unparalleled across the Runiverse. There are rumors of taming Chimeras if they are captured while young, but even Chimera cubs are extremely dangerous and can kill grown men.

Chaos Chimera

This Bugbear Chieftain has enjoyed a brutal and licentious reign deep in the equatorial jungles . He commands hordes of bugbears, often to the irritation of the Green Wizards of the region. His legions are filled with his own illegitimate children, and they are as wild and unruly as their debaucherous sire. Dressed in yellow loincloths and their signature pink warpaint, the bugbears ride to battle on their unbridled jungle pigs.

Bugbear Chieftain

The Triple Crowned Cocktrice inhabits the deserts in the Valley of the Void Disciple. They are much larger than the more tame Mesozoic Cockatrice, and much more dangerous. The eggs of this beast are highly sought after, for they are known to exhibit magical properties, and fetch extraordinary prices in exotic bazaars across the Runiverse. Some collectors cover them in gold or jewels, making them rare and precious. As long an an egg remains intact, it will never die and always contains a living cockatrice inside. And for this, a mother cockatrice will protect her eggs to the death.

Triple Crowned Cockatrice

Native to Kelpie's Bay, the Salt Kelpie is the bane of shipping merchants. More savage than sharks and more mischievous than dolphins, this beast is known to kick holes in the hulls of wooden ships. They give birth to thousands of pups at a time, and these spawn are often kept as cute pets of school children. But Kelpies grow fast, and within no time, the cuteness wears off and they are too big to flush down the toilet.

Salt Kelpie

The man, the meme, the legend, the GIGAS CHAD. A supreme specimen of confidence and bravado, the very earth trembles under the swagger of this 10 foot tall beast. Notable features include the chiseled jawline, rippling abs, and hair sculpted to perfection with magical hair gel slime.

Gigas Chad

The Prince of Nightmares, the Child of Wrath, the Prophet of the Void, this beast has many names. A cold being of darkness, this Imp portends the annihilation worlds, and dances on the ashes. Fond of weapons and instruments of torture and fear, it's brood weaves hellish dreams for those who dare study the depths of black magic.

Nightmare Imp

Thousands of years old, the Seven Tailed Kitsune is a shapeshifting beast who grows more beautiful and more powerful with age. With superior intelligence, she is a master of tricks and enchantments. Able to traverse freely in and out of the Spirit Realm, the Kitsune can be friend or foe to mortals, often depending on mood.
